Tucked away in the Texas Hill Country was the perfect historical family estate to celebrate Fontaine & Ryan’s wedding this past June. We worked hand in hand with the family to come up with the design concept, which was derived heavily from the cake inspiration. As you’ll see, our friend Jessica at Frosted Confetti totally nailed the look! She also made Ryan a groom’s cake that honored his GSP – and those puppy eyes just had us melting!
This intimate wedding celebration was what garden wedding dreams were made of. We hope you love it as much as we did!

We utilized multiple parts of the family property to create a guest experience that flowed throughout the home. From the ceremony overlooking the rolling hills, to the intimate dinner inside the great room. The night concluded with cake and dancing out in the courtyard.
By far our favorite part of this design was the long king’s table for the multi-course Don Strange dinner that the family enjoyed. We selected all of the rentals with our friends at Illusions to complement the aesthetic, and the floral elements by The Vintage Bouquet were exactly what brought it all together. If you have EVER doubted the need for candles at your special event, keep looking. You’ll change your mind, we promise!

Not only was it a day of celebrating Fontaine & Ryan’s love, but it was also Fontaine’s grandmother Pat’s 86th birthday! A true matriarch of the family, she was the sweetest woman. And she had some great dance moves!
We know weddings and receptions are usually filled with timeline events, but if we can make a request to have more dinner parties with ambiance like this one, we’d be so happy! It truly felt like a perfect evening of love and family.
This entire event came together in just under three months, if you can believe it! Thank you to this wonderful family for trusting us to bring your vision to life. And an even greater thank you goes to all of the vendors who made this day happen. If it weren’t for you all, we’d never be able to make things like this happen for our clients.
