Wedding planning comes in phases, and we are here to guide you along the way! We want you to actually enjoy your engagement, date your partner, and get excited about all the things to come. Our signature, three-phase planning process allows you the freedom to do just that, but we're still getting ish done along the way.

We design with the two of you in mind: what inspires you, what makes your eyes light up, what your closest friends and family would describe as totally YOU. And then we make sure that you have the best team of pros on board to execute it, because design is more than just a Pinterest board, mmmk?
Now it's time for the fun part - it's WEDDING DAY! This is where we put all of our hard work and planning into place. Our team will be on site from the first vendor load-in until breakdown at the end of the night, ensuring your design and vision is perfectly executed and that your wedding day dreams become reality.

Short answer: yes. Just as the name states a venue coordinator is someone whose sole responsibility is looking after the venue. We are grateful to work alongside these individuals, as they make sure your toiletries are stocked, the temperature is comfortable in the room, and the lighting is set accordingly. A wedding planner (that’s us!) works exclusively on behalf of the couple, our client, to ensure the day runs smoothly and stress-free, coordinating and communicating with your vendors and executing for your benefit.
Yes! Every client that chooses to work with us will receive a comprehensive list of some of our favorites in the industry! From all styles, cuisines, personalities and price points! We have worked hard to curate a list that we know you’ll be happy choosing from. Some even provide special rates/amenities for Scarlet Rose couples! While you are not required to use vendors solely from this list, we highly encourage you to try, as we know they will have your best interest at heart in creating the most perfect day.
We know that the term ‘day of coordinator’ is one that many people use. It’s common, it’s popular in the wedding industry. Really though, that concept is like a unicorn - as much as we want it to, it just doesn’t exist. We use the term Wedding Management to describe our baseline services. Do you really want someone showing up on your biggest, most important day ever without having done any work prior to your wedding? We’ll answer - no way! Our Management collection is more of a ‘month-of’ coordination option, beginning 4-6 weeks before your special day. We promise you’ll have much more peace of mind that way!
The investment for our services is based on the size and scale of your event, beginning at $1950.
Because we know no two weddings are alike, we build a custom proposal for our services and collections following a consultation.

As your communication liaison, we facilitate vendor consultations based on your preferences, provide contract assistance, work together in our online VIP lounge with checklists, trackers, and documents to keep planning on track. We will guide you through your planning journey to ensure your engagement season is calm and enjoyable. Our planning process includes: budgets, checklists, payment reminders, vendor matching and contract negotiation, as well as logistics planning.

Our Management + Design Collection provides you a complete and cohesive experience. We start with a comprehensive concept session to go through your saved pictures, Pinterest boards and color swatches. Following a detailed design questionnaire to learn even more about your aesthetic and preferences, our Designer starts working on your custom mood board to set the foundation for our design direction. After you have approved your mood board design, we begin the work of securing vendors to make the vision come to life. Our in-house inventory of statement pieces, candles, table numbers, generic signage and more is included in the Collection, and you can work together with your Designer to create one-of-a-kind pieces to showcase your own style and theme. Our priority is to create an aesthetic that is unique to your story and stands for years to come!
Our Management Collection gives you the freedom to guide yourself through the planning process with our VIP Portal Planning Lounge full of spreadsheets and checklists to ensure no detail or step is missed. About a month before your wedding, following a walk-through at your venue to discuss layout and timeline, we will contact, finalize, and confirm all of your vendors. Your detailed day of itinerary will be distributed to all those involved and our team will be on-site at your ceremony and reception to make sure that everything is set up according to your wishes and plans. We will receive any deliveries and direct installations that day. Any personal décor (such as favors, photos, card boxes/sign-in) will be placed by our team at the start of the day, and boxed up at the end of the evening. You are there to relax and enjoy the day so you can be fully present and make those important memories with your loved ones!
