We’re back this week with another informative (and pretty!) little blog for you! Not only are we San Antonio (and Central Texas!) wedding planners and designers, but we have a little side brand called Scarlet Rose Collective, too! If you haven’t already, go check out our Instagram @scarletrosecollective. Truth be told, we post more recent work there and the website sometimes does not get updated as often as it should. In the meantime, we wanted to showcase some of our favorite things we’ve worked on lately!
We can’t talk about Scarlet Rose Collective without starting with table numbers! This pretty little side brand has grown more than we could have ever imagined. But really it started with small, rental signage like these. Our script table numbers pictured below are still one of our most popular and rented items!
Our styled shoot at the STUNNING Camino Real Ranch really jumpstarted some fun projects for the Collective. Rhea’Lynn got to showcase not only her design skills but also her modeling talent when our model plans fell through last minute. Pretty sure she nailed them both! San Antonio Wedding Planners | Scarlet Rose Collective
Our circle arch has been showcased in numerous ways and is a favorite for rentals as well! From an understated ceremony backdrop to covered in floral to a sweetheart table statement piece – it really functions however our clients would like to use it! Most recently we were able to bring someone’s monogram to life at Park31 with the arch and a custom 4ft suspended monogram we made inside the arch. What’s your favorite way you’ve seen the arch?
There’s no doubt, we LOVE a good seating chart installation. There are so many ways to make something unique and personalized to our couples, and we love to do it! Caitlin + Oliver Heck (Heck Yeah!) had a beautiful, bright and vibrant wedding out at one of our faves, Kendall Point. We knew the seating chart had to be as fun as they were! We also love a good hanging installation and our recent Camp Lucy install was unique to the space. Now it’s time to show you the champagne wall heard round the world…. 😍 We’ve loved this piece so much for its versatility and oh-so-chicness. Switch out the neon, add some gold mirrored acrylic, make it white – we can do it all! Probably one of our most desired pieces (and yeah we did go a little viral on TikTok showcasing this build and premier event), we’ve since started only renting out a single wall…because who wants to see champagne go to waste?!
Speaking of neon signs, we’ve loved creating so many custom and rental pieces for our couples! Toast ‘to us’ on your champagne wall, or use our newer version of ‘bubbles’ (photos coming soon!).
